UCB has helped produce the story of Jane, an adult living with epilepsy, in an immersive virtual reality experience.
Using virtual reality, you will see with Jane’s eyes, hear what she hears, and understand her thoughts as she walks you through her experience.
A UCB employee will guide each experience, which lasts approximately 20 minutes. Schedule your reservation below.Schedule Here >
UCB is proud to bring attendees of the American Epilepsy Society Annual Meeting a virtual reality experience in partnership with Jane Gauntlett, founder of Sublime & Ridiculous, a company focused on bringing together performance and technology to build empathy. Jane is also an adult living with epilepsy, which allows her to combine her art and her firsthand experiences, and, in turn, to share her journey.
UCB seeks to explore and utilize all areas of science possible to help us understand and experience epilepsy from the perspective of a person living with epilepsy. Advances in technology have provided new opportunities. UCB has committed to making the latest visual technology available to American Epilepsy Society Annual Meeting attendees so they can get a glimpse at a new perspective.
